A displayed telephone number may be replaced with a tracking number that connects to the practice. Fonts are provided through Google Fonts, and the site includes Google Maps content or links. Following an external link or loading embedded third-party content can share technical information with that service, which operates under its own policies.
Browser privacy settings can limit some storage and tracking. Blocking services may affect embedded maps, fonts or measurement but does not prevent you from calling the practice directly.
Health information and your choices
The website does not provide a patient portal or a medical-record submission form. For records, patient forms or confidential communication, contact the practice and use the process it provides. Please avoid sending sensitive information through public reviews or unverified channels.
