YOUR VISIT

A comfortable place to begin.

New to Greenwich, changing dentists, or returning after some time away? You can start with a conversation about what you need now.

Let’s talk about your care

Personal care.
A Greenwich tradition.

GREENWICH POINT DENTAL

Start with what matters to you

Call 203-869-2510 to arrange a visit. Tell our team whether you are looking for ongoing care, have a particular concern or want to explore a change to your smile. If you are in pain, describe it when you call so the team can advise on the appropriate next step.

You do not need to apologize for a gap in care. The most helpful starting point is an honest picture of how your mouth feels and what you would like help with.

Make room for your questions

Your first appointment gives us an opportunity to review your history, examine your oral health and discuss next steps. The exact services planned for that appointment depend on your needs and the type of visit scheduled.

Ask about the expected length of the appointment, whether cleaning is included, and any preparation the team recommends. You can also raise questions about fees or insurance before the visit.

Bring the details that help us care for you

  • A current list of medications and supplements, medical conditions and allergies.
  • Your dental insurance information, as we accept most PPO plans. We submit claims electronically on your behalf, and will look into your insurance for you if you need clarity on what your coverage is.
  • Details of recent dental treatment and the name of your previous dental office.
  • Your questions, priorities and any accommodations that would make the visit easier.

YOUR QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Can I transfer records from another dentist?

Yes. Ask our team how to arrange the transfer of relevant records and recent X-rays. Please use the transfer method the office provides instead of posting records in a public message.

Can I talk about dental anxiety before booking?

Absolutely. Tell us what has made previous appointments difficult and ask what the visit may involve. That conversation helps us plan with you.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
