Discuss fees before treatment
We encourage a conversation about the proposed care, its expected cost and any alternatives before you make a decision. Ask the office what an estimate includes and whether additional visits or related procedures may affect the total.
The practice’s published payment options include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Confirm payment arrangements directly with the team when scheduling.
Insurance questions are welcome
Bring your insurance details if you plan to use dental benefits. Contact the office and your insurer to confirm the relevant coverage, network status, exclusions and patient responsibility for your specific plan.
A benefit estimate is not a guarantee of payment. Do not assume a procedure is covered or that the practice participates in a particular network without checking.
If your plans change
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when an appointment needs to be rescheduled. The practice’s published policy states that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Call 203-869-9252 as early as possible. For questions about how the policy applies to your situation, including the amount of any charge, speak directly with the team.
